These terms apply to coaches subscribing to a Pocket Nutrition Coach seat plan, and sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Plain English on purpose.
A monthly seat plan that lets you onboard clients (up to your plan's seat limit) to the Pocket Nutrition Coach platform under your own branding — business name, logo and accent colour. Every client on your roster gets the full app included; you get a coach dashboard showing your clients' adherence and progress. Plans can be upgraded, downgraded or cancelled any time; cancelling stops new billing at the end of the period.
Pocket Nutrition Coach is operated by Kong-Crete Nutrition Pty Ltd ("the platform"). Your clients' accounts and data live on the platform's infrastructure and are governed by the platform's Privacy Policy. You see the clients on your roster — never another coach's. The platform operator retains administrative access to all accounts on the service (including your clients') for support, safety, billing and service operation, and may communicate with users about the service itself. White-label branding changes what your clients see; it does not create a separate service or transfer ownership of the platform's data infrastructure.
Clients own their own accounts. If a client stops working with you, their account and history stay theirs — they can keep using the app on their own subscription. Removing a client from your roster frees the seat.
If your payment fails, adding new clients pauses until it's resolved — your existing clients are never locked out because of your billing. The service is provided as-is; we work hard to keep it fast and available but don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. Questions: david@platformstrong.com.
