These terms govern your use of Pocket Nutrition Coach ("the app"), operated by Platform Strong. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Pocket Nutrition Coach provides macro/calorie calculation, meal planning, and progress tracking tools. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. Nutrition targets generated by the app are general guidance, not a substitute for advice from a doctor or registered dietitian — this matters especially if you have an existing medical condition, are pregnant, or are considering a calorie target below general safety minimums (the app will warn you if this applies).
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be 13 or older to create an account.
Paid access is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as selected) via Stripe on the web or via Apple/Google in-app purchase on iOS/Android. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your account settings (web) or your Apple/Google account subscription settings (mobile) — cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't refund the current billing period except where required by law or app store policy.
Some accounts are licensed as "coach" accounts, giving access to manage a roster of clients under the coach's own branding. A coach account is a license to use the platform — it does not transfer ownership of the platform, its code, trademarks, or underlying systems. Coach accounts may not: reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform's functionality; use access to the platform to build a competing product; or share account access outside their own coaching business. We may suspend or terminate a coach account for breach of these terms, at which point that coach's clients will be reassigned or notified as appropriate.
You retain ownership of content you upload (progress photos, custom recipes, etc.). You grant us a licence to store and display it back to you, and — if applicable — to your assigned coach, solely to provide the service.
Don't misuse the app: no attempting to bypass access controls, no uploading unlawful content, no using the app to harass or harm another user.
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Platform Strong is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
