How it works.

Eating Out is included with membership. It needs a daily target and a plan for today, and both of those are free.

Included with membership
  1. Step 1

    Start from what's left.

Eating Out works from your daily target and today's plan, and looks at the calories you have left today.

  2. Step 2

    Highest protein first.

From 300+ Australian takeaway and fast-food items, it shows the highest-protein options that still fit those calories.

  3. Step 3

    Add it in a tap.

Pick one and it goes onto today's plan in a tap.

Free

Your target and today's plan are free.

Eating Out needs both, and the free account covers them.
