  • Calories, protein, carbs and fat. The diary shows what you've eaten and what's left, every day.
  • If your coach sets your numbers, they are locked and suggested changes wait for their approval.
  • The app suggests a weekly calorie and macro change from your weigh-ins and adherence. You accept it, or your coach does.
  • One macro profile free. More profiles, such as a training day and a rest day, are included with membership.

Before you start.

Is it free to start?
Yes, with no card and no trial clock. Free gives you the food diary, barcode scanning, one-tap logging, one macro profile, one meal plan portioned to your targets, five food swaps and your grocery list. Membership is $2 a week and lifts those limits.
Can I use my coach's macros?
Yes. Type in the calories, protein, carbs and fat your coach gave you, as they are, and the diary tracks against those numbers. No coach? The built-in calculator works them out.
Where does the food data come from?
The 1,500+ Australian generic foods come from FSANZ's Australian Food Composition Database. Takeaway and fast-food figures are based on the chains' published information where available; some are our own estimates, so treat them as planning estimates. Every calculation is referenced on the Sources page.
Can I bring my foods from my old tracker?
Yes. Screenshot your foods in your old tracker and the app adds them to your foods here. Three imports are free; more than three is on the App Store Pro plan only.
Is the iPhone app the same price?
No. On the App Store the iPhone app is sold at its own prices: Basic A$14.99 a month or A$99.99 a year; Pro A$24.99 a month or A$169.00 a year. The $2 a week membership is sold on the web only.
